If you're posting a project as a Boss: 1) Sign up as a Boss. 2) Choose a relevant main category. You may indicate multiple sub-categories to best target your bidding audience. 3) Fill out the required information about your project. 4) Post your project. 5) Receive bids on your project by email notification. 6) Choose a winning bidder and wait for the Pro to contact you (by e-mail) to fulfill your project. 7) Arrange meeting, project scheduling/work, and payment with your chosen Pro. This is solely determined by you and the Pro with whom you awarded the project. 8) Upon project completion, login to give feedback rating about the Pro. VERY IMPORTANT STEP. We appreciate this very much! If you're posting a project as a Pro: 1) Search by category and/or keyword(s) for desired project or projects. 2) Choose a project in your area and review project details. 3) Place a bid amount to work on the project. 4) Wait for email notification to see if you've won the bid(s) on the project(s) that you have placed. 5) If you have been awarded a project by a Boss, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the award. If you accept, we will send you the contact information of the project's Boss (email address, etc.). 6) Contact the Boss and arrange meeting, project scheduling/work, and payment. This is solely determined by you and the Boss who awarded you the project. You are encouraged to utilize Bid4Skill.com's payment system, currently structured for PayPal and other approved payment processors. 7) Upon project completion, login to give feedback rating about the Boss. VERY IMPORTANT STEP. We do appreciate your help! We do encourage Bosses to leave feedback about their Pro after any work is completed...Pros can also leave feedback regarding their project boss.
